Flow into a blissful state of deep relaxation and expanding awareness
while bathed in soulful music. Sheela Bringi and Brent Kuecker lead
guided somatic meditations accompanied by enchanting live harp, bamboo
flute and sacred Indian singing. Yoga Nidra (“Yogic Sleep” in
Sanskrit), is practiced lying down in Savasana. The class opens with a
short discussion followed by gentle Yoga asanas and chanting. Yoga
Nidra has been shown to have therapeutic, cognitive and spiritual
benefits. BRING a yoga mat for the asana practice, and anything else
you may need to comfortably lie down (blanket, eye pillow, etc).
